losing shows is like losing friends, sort of

so two of the shows i sort of got into, believe and revolution (the latter after it was on a while once i saw it had something of a sci-fi tech background theme) as ending before they really got going... the latter was kind of wandering aimlessly, but it had a certain appeal (or is that mid-drift) at times when it tempted the explanation of how intelligent machines might perceive and interact, but it was losing any originality it might have had as it turned to the same old enslave humanity in order to save humanity from itself theme while the front story was the same old greed and war and struggle for power complete with a secret plot to take over the north american continent written in an arabic script, though that story line has yet to be developed...

meanwhile, believe sort kinda started me wanting to believe, but the story had a lot of stale spots and was becoming quite annoyingly predictable, even with a touch of the folly of foolish choices... cute kid with a face to watch, hopefully not as precocious and at times just play stupid (naivety only goes so far, after all)... anyway, farewell new friends i hardly got to know, maybe you'll get picked up by sci-fi, the public broadcast networks don't really know how to do it well...
